1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — $10.00 flat rate. Free on orders of $45.00 or more. Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping — Flat rate of $15.00. Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after processing.
Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit): approximately 8–13 business days for standard shipping, or faster with Express.
3. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for orders under $45.00, and free for orders of $45.00 or more. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00 regardless of order size.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using that number on our website or the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the address provided.
